Looking for a great way to meet some badge requirements? Come to the museum and participate in our scout tours. Each program has a special interpretive guide to lead your group through the 50-minute program. All scout tours include an activity and an encounter with a live animal.

To reserve your tour date, contact Kelly Hughes, the education registrar, (925-627-2913). Confirmation of the reservation will be mailed to the scout leader. Scout leaders are responsible for ordering any badges earned through these programs from their scout councils.
Programs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Four-week advance reservation and credit card information are required to reserve your program. Payment will be due upon tour arrival. Acknowledgments of reservation will be emailed to the Scout Leader. Be sure to include your scout group type (Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Cadette, Tiger, Cub, Webelo, etc.)
Please check-in at the museum admission desk 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
There will be a $15 service fee for any date changes or cancellations up to two weeks prior to the tour date. Changes made less than two weeks prior to the tour will be charged a $25 service fee. Missed tours will be charged a $50 fee to the credit card on file.
