Skunks Don’t Stink!

Skunks have a stinky reputation but they are actually interesting creatures with an important job in our ecosystem.  Learn about skunks, the species that we have here in California-including the spotted skunk-and make a model of a skunk in this fun one-hour online workshop.  Bring your curiosity and some glue and learn to love our somewhat smelly neighbor! This online workshop comes with a kit containing just about everything, but you will need to provide glue. Kits must be picked up from the museum the week before class. An internet-connected computer with a webcam and a microphone are required for this workshop.

Grade: Kindergarten – 2nd grade
